The 13th Shelter International Architectural Design Competition for Students 2011 has unveiled its winner in Tokyo, Japan on September 26. The theme is House in the Wilderness with a high profiled Japanese architect judge, Ryue Nishizawa. The winner takes home 800,000 Yen or 9,699.32 USD.
